Cancelling the Contract/Subscription

• You may terminate the Contract at any time. If you terminate the Contract before the end of your current paid-up month, your termination will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
• To cancel the Contract, you simply have to log in to your account and complete the cancellation form found inside your account dashboard under Settings menu.

 

Return and Refund Policy

• All our Software plans and services are offered with a 3-7 Day trial, the purpose of the trial is to ensure your satisfaction before purchasing a package. You hereby agree that you are satisfied by the service and hence decided to purchase a package or plan. Hence, any request for refunds will be denied.
• We don’t offer refunds or returns for our one-time purchase products such as: Sintra/MateMax – AI Bots Bundle | Lifetime Deal, SintraPack 10,000+ Prompts, or any other On-Time or Digital Products.
• Socialkomb.com or SocialKomb has the right to refuse a refund request without any reason.
• Socialkomb.com or SocialKomb LTD may issue a refund in case of Non-use of the Service, however the refund may be provided by us at our sole discretion and shall incur a reasonable administration charge.
• Where a refund is given by us, any discount provided which is based on the frequency of payments, (eg. quarterly, bi-annual and annual) will not be reflected in the refunded amount
• All Lifetime deals are non-refundable.
• All Lifetime deals are non-transferable.
• com, SocialKomb.com or SocialKomb LTD may at any given point terminate the lifetime deal without notice or further compensation.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website and delete all copies of the website from your computer.

Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Socialkomb.com’s rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.
